的，結(jié)構(gòu)非常緊湊的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制裝置，被廣泛用作各種塊式制
動(dòng)器和盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置，還可用于各種工業(yè)閥門(mén)，閘
門(mén)，定向擺動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(<90°)裝置(機(jī)構(gòu))及夾緊裝置的驅(qū)
動(dòng)控制。
設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)
●外殼為鑄造鋁合金，重量輕，外形美觀。
●電機(jī)為非浸油式結(jié)構(gòu),Ｂ級(jí)或F級(jí)絕緣(根據(jù)用戶要求),
耐熱性好，壽命長(zhǎng)。
●電機(jī)接線盒蓋設(shè)有密封，采用電纜填料函進(jìn)線，牢固
可靠，電氣外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)達(dá)IP55。
●電機(jī)軸和推桿均表面鍍硬鉻處理，使密封件壽命大大延長(zhǎng)。
●油缸殼體在一側(cè)設(shè)有平衡氣室(MYT-10/.5除外),可使
推動(dòng)器在0~180°任何方向安裝，從而擴(kuò)大其使用范圍。
●Ed系列全部密封件和軸承采用世界名牌產(chǎn)品，密封可
靠，壽命長(zhǎng)。
●Ed系列緊固件為不銹鋼材質(zhì)，美觀耐用。
附加裝置
●上位限位開(kāi)關(guān)：可指示制動(dòng)器是否打開(kāi)，推桿是否推
到規(guī)定位置等信息。
●下位限位開(kāi)關(guān)：可指示制動(dòng)器是否正確閉合，推桿是
否回到規(guī)定位置等信息，可同時(shí)設(shè)置上下限位開(kāi)關(guān)。
●增設(shè)內(nèi)置式制動(dòng)彈簧或復(fù)位彈簧(僅短行程推動(dòng)器可以)
復(fù)位彈簧力可由用戶確定，但不得超過(guò)內(nèi)置制動(dòng)彈簧力
(見(jiàn)參數(shù)表)。
●增設(shè)加熱器：在使用地點(diǎn)環(huán)境溫度低于-5℃時(shí)，如用
戶需要，可增設(shè)加熱器，加熱器參數(shù)見(jiàn)附表1。
●上升延時(shí)和下降延時(shí)閥或上升下降延時(shí)閥(MYT-
10/.5、YTD0-50、Ed0-50不能增設(shè))，可無(wú)級(jí)延
長(zhǎng)上升或下降時(shí)間,延時(shí)范圍為額定動(dòng)作時(shí)間至30秒,具
體延時(shí)值可根據(jù)用戶要求調(diào)定。
特殊要求產(chǎn)品
可提供防腐型產(chǎn)品，行程可根據(jù)用戶要求確
定。其它特殊要求訂貨時(shí)請(qǐng)注明。
安裝方式
除300N以下(含300N)規(guī)格，
底座均可旋轉(zhuǎn)90°安裝(用戶
在訂貨時(shí)注明)，推桿頭可
360°任意旋轉(zhuǎn),全部推動(dòng)
器可垂直，傾斜(15°)安
裝，也可大于15°傾斜或
水平安裝，但平衡氣室應(yīng)
朝上(如圖1所示)：
Application
Electro-hydraulic thruster is a kind of drive control system, which
very compact in structure, integrates electrical motor, centrifugal pump
and oil cylinder. It is extensively used as drive mechanism of various
drum and disc brakes, drive control of various industrial valves,
penstock, directional pendulum andsteering(<90°) mechanism, and
as drive control of holing devices as well.
Design features
●The casing is made of casting aluminum alloy, light and beautiful.
●Electrical motor is of non-under-oil structure, B grade or F grade
insulation (upon customer's requirerment), good heat enderance and
long life.
●Cover of terminal box is sealed tight. Inlet is of cable stuffing
box style, firm and reliable. Electrical protection of casing reaches
IP55 grade.
●Both electrical motor shaft and thruster are hard chrome plated on
the surface making life of sealing parts greatly prolonged.
●Balancing air house is arranged at one side of oil cylinder casing
(with exception of MYT-10/.5). Thruster can be installed at any
direction within range of 0~180°, thus enlarging its scope of usage.
●All sealing parts and bearing of Ed series are of world known
products. The sealing is reliable and perbance life is long.
●Fastening parts of Ed series are of stainless steel, beautiful and
durable.
河南焦作制動(dòng)器 Additional Equipment
All thrusters can realize some additional functions after equipped
with additional devices.
●Up limit switch can indicate such inbation as whether brake is
open, whether the thruster is in the right b.
●Down limit switch can indicate whether the brake is properly close,
whether the thruster return to right b. Upper and lower limit
switchs can be arranged simultaneously.
●Add built-in brake spring or release spring (only for short stroke
thruster), release spring can be decided by customers, but the force
of built-in spring can not be exceeded (see beter tables).
●Add heater: in the place where ambient temperature is below-5℃,
heaters can be added upon customer's requirement. Parameters of
heaters are attached.(Tab.1)
●Delay valve of lift and delay valve of fall or delay of lift/fall valves
(delay valves can not be added for (MYT-10/.5、YTD0-50、
Ed0-50) can infiniby delay lift and fall. Delay range is from rated
b time to 30 seconds. Specific delay can be set as per customer's
requirement.
