一、壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機的工作原理
壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機是根據冷凍除濕原理，利用全封閉壓縮式制冷系統(tǒng)，對經空壓機排出的壓縮氣體冷卻降溫，使其中所含的大量飽和水蒸氣、油霧凝結液滴，經過經汽水分離后由自動排水器排出，在較高溫度的飽和壓縮氣體進入壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機的預冷器，在預冷器中與來自蒸發(fā)器的干冷氣體進行熱交換，降低溫度后進入制冷系統(tǒng)的蒸發(fā)器，與冷媒汽進行第二次熱交換，使本身溫度降到接近于冷媒的蒸發(fā)溫度，在兩次降溫過程中，壓縮氣體中的水蒸汽得以凝結成液態(tài)水滴并隨氣流進入氣水分離器，分離下來的液態(tài)水經自動排水器排出機外，溫度較低的干燥壓縮氣體進入預冷器，與剛進入的濕飽和氣體進行熱交換，使本身溫度得到提高，從而在壓縮空氣冷凍式干燥機排氣口得到含水量較低（即露點較低）、相對濕度也很低的干燥壓縮氣體。冷凍式干燥機由于工作可靠、管理方便、運行費用低廉而成為各行業(yè)空壓站房凈化設備的首選機型。

6）完善的智能保護裝置：特設冷媒高低壓保護、相序缺相保護、過低溫保護以及自動融霜、故障自動停機、自動報警、電機過熱保護等保護功能。
7）自動排水器按需設置，除水效率高。浮球式、電子定時可根據機器工況選擇設置。
8）本機組采用獨特的旋風式分離器。可將冷凝水從空氣中徹底分離出來，并在各種氣流條件下防止液態(tài)水份隨壓縮空氣帶出，保持高效的運行，達到干燥除水目的。
9）承壓部件均按國家GB150-1998《鋼制壓力容器》和GB151-1999《管殼式換熱器》進行制造、試驗和驗收，并接受《壓力容器安全技術監(jiān)督規(guī)程》的監(jiān)督。設備結構設計合理，便于維護保養(yǎng)；表面熱噴塑，外形美觀，不生銹；無基礎安裝，運行平穩(wěn)無振動，維修率低，無消耗品，運行費用少，連續(xù)運行無須專人守候。
