Panel 800 is a user-friendly, intuitive and ergonomic operation panel, which combines fashionable, space-saving dimensions with comprehensive functions. All panels are equipped with advanced functions for process and equipment control, which can be operated by function keys located next to the screen or touching the LCD display. Combined with market perbance and amazing graphics capabilities, the 800 panel significantly reduces the boundary between a typical operation panel and a PC based HMIS. Panel 800 is the successor to the panel process. The panel 800 is specially designed for ABB Control Network and AC 800m controller, but due to its rich driver library, the panel 800 is compatible with most brands of PLC and ABB legacy control systems. When will it be used with AC 800m? Some unique functions are available, such as alarm processing integrated with the controller. The panel 800 consists of a rugged modern hardware platb with a very limited installation depth. The frame is made of powder coated aluminum, giving the panel a very strong look and feel. According to IP66 standard, the front housing is designed to withstand its harsh use. These panels are also certified by DNV and UL. In December 2012, abb launched 800 version 6 series panels. All panel 800 version 6 are developed to meet the requirements of man-machine communication. It includes built-in functions such as display and control text, dynamic indication, timeline, alarm and prebion processing. Panel 800 version 6 mainly works in an b-oriented manner, making it easy to understand and use. Use the configuration generator tool panel to complete the configuration on the PC. The items can then be transferred and saved in the operator's own panel. The 800 version 6 panel can connect various types of PLC automation equipment, servers or drives.
