變頻器充電起動(dòng)電路故障,通用變頻器一般為用壓型變頻器,采用交—直—交工作方式。當(dāng)變頻器剛上電時(shí),由于直流側(cè)的平波電容容量非常大,充電電流很大,通常采用一個(gè)起動(dòng)電阻來(lái)限制充電電流,常見(jiàn)的兩種變頻起動(dòng)電路如圖所示。
充電完成后,控制電路通過(guò)繼電器的觸點(diǎn)或昌閘管將電阻短路。起動(dòng)電路故障一般表現(xiàn)為起動(dòng)電阻燒壞,變頻器報(bào)警顯示為直流線線電壓故障。一般,變頻器的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),為了減小變頻器的體積而選擇較小起動(dòng)電阻,其值多為10—50Ω,功率為10—50W;當(dāng)變頻器的交流輸入電源頻繁接通,或者旁路觸器的觸點(diǎn)接觸不良時(shí),都會(huì)導(dǎo)致起動(dòng)電阻燒壞。因此在替換電阻的同時(shí),必須找出原因,如果故障是由輸入側(cè)電源頻率開(kāi)始引起的,必須消除這種現(xiàn)象才能將變頻器投入使用,如果故障只由旁路觸元件引起,則必須更換這些器件。
變頻器無(wú)故障顯示,卻不能高速運(yùn)行,經(jīng)檢查變頻器參數(shù)設(shè)置正確,調(diào)速輸入信號(hào)正常,經(jīng)上電運(yùn)行測(cè)試,變頻器直流母線電壓只有450V左右(正常應(yīng)在580V-600V),再測(cè)輸入側(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)缺了一相。故障原因是輸入側(cè)的一個(gè)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)一相接觸不良造成的。造成變頻器輸入缺相不報(bào)警,仍能在低頻段工作,是因?yàn)槎鄶?shù)變頻器的母線電壓下限為400V,只有當(dāng)母線電壓降至400V以下時(shí),變頻器才報(bào)告故障。而當(dāng)兩相輸入時(shí),直流母線電壓為380V×1.2=452V>400V。當(dāng)變頻器不運(yùn)行時(shí),由于平波電容的作用,直流電壓也可達(dá)到正常值,新型的變頻器都采用PWM控制技術(shù),調(diào)壓調(diào)頻的工作在逆變橋完成,所以在低頻段輸入缺相時(shí)仍可以正常工作,但因輸入電壓,輸出電壓低,造成異步電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速低頻率上不去。
